Leigh Ann Shoji-Lee Executive Vice President, Enterprise Initiatives
Ms. Shoji-Lee is Executive Vice President, Enterprise Initiatives at TriSummit Utilities. She brings extensive leadership experience across both the natural gas and electric utility sectors, with a career spanning more than three decades.
Most recently, Ms. Shoji-Lee served as Executive Vice President, Operations and previously as President of Pacific Northern Gas (PNG) from 2016 to 2023. In these roles, she led strong operational performance and delivery across the organization, with responsibility for utility operations, engineering, construction, environment, health and safety, as well as shared services including procurement, supply chain, human resources, communications, business development, marketing, and information technology.
Prior to joining PNG, Ms. Shoji-Lee held senior leadership positions across the industry, including Vice President, Manufacturing and Shared Services at Britco LP, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Utility Construction Corporation. She also served as Senior Vice President, Field Operations at BC Hydro. Earlier in her career, she held progressively senior roles at Union Gas Limited, including Vice President, Operations and Vice President, Engineering, Construction, Storage and Transmission Operations.
Ms. Shoji-Lee is an active contributor to the energy industry and is the past Chair of the Canadian Gas Association. She has also supported key industry initiatives, including serving as Chair of the organizing committee for the International Gas Union Research Conference 2024.
Ms. Shoji-Lee holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
