The Board of Directors (the “Board”) is responsible for overseeing the management and the business and affairs of TriSummit Utilities and believes that good governance improves performance and benefits all Shareholders. Jason Munsch is Director, Infrastructure and Renewable Resources at AIMCo and is based in Edmonton, Canada. He is focused on sourcing, executing and managing direct infrastructure investments, co-investments and fund investments. Jason has over 12 years of experience in the infrastructure sector and has been involved in over $2 billion worth of direct power, transmission, pipelines, water and wastewater deals. Prior to Joining AIMCo, Jason was Head of Infrastructure at ATRF and also held the position of Managing Director, Infrastructure. Prior to joining ATRF in 2010 Jason was involved in business development and mergers and acquisitions with Epcor Utilities. Jason is a CFA Charterholder, holds an ICD.D designation, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Calgary.
